Butcher/Meat Boner

$60,000 – $75,000 per year

 

We are seeking a full time employee with extensive experience in pork boning and butchering.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Familiar with working on meat/food production line

  • Experience with grading and packaging to customer specifications.

  • Familiar with Food Safety Standards

  • Ability to maintain the cleanliness of machinery and the general working area.

  • Ability to train and supervise staff

  • Ability to work productively, independently or in a team environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Safety and Occupational Health and Safety awareness.

        

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 commensurate with level of experience.
